What do I need to send you?
A patient list with names, dates of birth, and insurance info (payer name and member ID). Any format works: CSV, Excel, or a direct EHR export. We handle the formatting.
Is my patient data safe?
Yes. All data is transferred and stored in HIPAA-compliant systems. We sign a BAA before receiving any patient information, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
How many patients can I include?
Up to 300 patients per free analysis. If your practice is larger, reach out and we can discuss a custom batch. There's no limit on the continuous monitoring product.
How long does it take?
Most analyses are completed within 24 hours. Complex batches with many different payers may take up to 48 hours. You'll get an email as soon as your report is ready.
